Nsite Designs Forms Partnerships with SilverWater and Midstar Printing

Masters Gallery Foods, Inc. has announced plans to build a new packaging and distribution facility in Oostburg. The new facility will allow the company to drive continued growth of their private brand retail and food service cheese offerings sold throughout the country and will support the company’s original plant and corporate headquarters in Plymouth. Phase 1 of construction is expected to be roughly 150,000 square feet. The master site plan will accommodate two additional expansions for a total footprint of approximately 350,000 square feet. Groundwork and site preparation for Phase 1 are expected to begin next spring, with occupancy by early 2018.

North Central Airlines Returns to Sheboygan
North Central Airlines will soon return to the skies thanks to the Aviation Heritage Center of Wisconsin. The non-profit aviation museum located at Sheboygan County Memorial Airport in Sheboygan Falls, acquired one of the only remaining DC-3 aircraft that flew for the airline from 1953-1964. The museum plans to paint it in North Central Airlines colors and if sufficient funds are raised, put her on tour in 2017. The centerpiece of the North Central Airlines Commemorative Exhibit will be the acquired Douglas DC-3 airliner, considered one of the most historic aircraft ever made.
Plymouth Foam Expands to Include EPF
Plymouth Foam Inc. is pleased to announce its venture into “Engineered Particle Foams” (EPF). Included in the category initially are EPP (expanded polypropylene), EPE (expanded polyethylene), and ETPU (expanded thermoplastic urethane). Plymouth Foam is undergoing a facility expansion and has recently added operations associated with processing EPF foams, including shape molding. Plymouth has added itself to the very short list of Wisconsin molders, not to mention the greater Midwest, that will be offering these materials.

Seranya Studios Art Boutique Youth Art Program
Susan Radke, Seranya owner, wanted to give young artists an opportunity to sell their art. Said Radke, “I guess I always had a heart to develop artists and it seems that youth artists would be an awesome place to start knowing that a lot of the schools are having budget cuts. Developing the business education part for the youth is also very important.” From glass work and hairclips to animal drawings and greeting cards, Seranya features diverse art from several local youths who are in the program. Fehr Graham Adds Staff
Fehr Graham, a leading midwest engineering and enviromental firm, is pleased to announce the addition of new team members to its Plymouth office.
Dillon Plamann joined Fehr Graham in May as an Environmental Technician. Plamann will provide field sampling and evaluation services for soil, groundwater and vapor assessments related to industrial and municipal properties.
Catherine Turner joined Fehr Graham as a Senior Health & Safely Specialist. Turner will develop and implement safety programs and training for a wide variety of manufacturing and municipal clients. She will also provide industrial hygiene services, including employee noise and vapor exposure assessments.
Ground was broke on Thursday, July 21, 2016, for Phase 1 of a six-year project for In-N-Out Storage. Phase 1 will provide between 200-300 new storage units in a total of three buildings. The first building will contain 65 units ranging in size from the standard 5x10’ storage unit, to an expanded size of 12x50’. Buildings two and three are expected to be constructed over the next 12-18 months. This first building is expected to be ready for occupancy in mid-August-and is currently taking reservations.

Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls. She also is actively involved in Women in Management and Chamber of Commerce in Sheboygan, Sheboygan Falls and Plymouth.

Fehr Graham Announces Staff Certification

Civil engineer Mark Gibeault recently received his Professional Engineer designation. According to the National Society of Professional Engineers, a PE licensure is the engineering profession’s highest standard of competence, a symbol of achievement and assurance of quality. As a PE, Gibeault can prepare, sign and seal, and submit engineering plans and drawings to a public authority or to public and private clients. Mark is a team member in Fehr Graham’s Plymouth office and received his BA in Civil Engineering in 2009 from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Viking Masek Global Packaging Tech. Breaks Ground on Addition
Viking Masek Global Packaging Technologies broke ground September 22, on an 18,000 sq. ft. addition to their headquarters in Oostburg. The addition is an increase of roughly 50% of their existing facility, bringing the total square footage of their headquarters to 52,000 square feet. The addition is designed to increase production capabilities as well as facilitate office space for nearly twenty new hires.

Fehr Graham Announces Additions to Staff
Fehr Graham is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members, Bill Ripley and Justin Schuenemann.
Bill Ripley joined Fehr Graham as a Safety & Health Specialist in the Environmental division in Fehr Graham’s Plymouth office. Bill will develop and implement safety programs and training for a wide variety of manufacturing and municipal clients. He has over 15 years of experience in health and safety training, primarily in the mining industry. Bill is also a retired firefighter-EMT and is an authorized mine, health and occupational safety instructor.
Justin Schuenemann joined Fehr Graham as an Environmental Specialist in the Environmental division in Fehr Graham’s Plymouth office. Justin will provide field sampling and evaluation services for soil, groundwater, and vapor assessments related to industrial and municipal properties. He is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Water Resources-Hydrology. While at the University of Wisconsin, he worked as a lab assistant and a math tutor.
